Auto & General Mechanical Insurance

Extremely dissatisfied with the auto and general mechanic department's services. I was told while the product was being sold that I would receive feedback within two working days. However, I have been waiting for about a month without hearing anything, and it appears that nothing has been done to address my issue. Not even a sense of urgency. I need help getting my car fixed; this is not how you should handle your clients.
