Auto & General is the Worst Car Insurer 🤞

I submitted a vehicle claim with A&G. To date no one from A&G has called me or sent an email to indicate what’s happening with my claim. It’s seriously disappointing that when you sign for these insurances, they are very friendly or pretending to be friendly and helpful and when you really have to see whether they are worth the money you pay them monthly they never step up to the plate. Their lack of communication is the worst ever.
