Auto & General is the most ruthless short term insurance company on earth

Never in my life have I ever came across such a ruthless insurance company like Auto & General. During the current circumstances, it is sometimes difficult for some insurance holders to keep up with their monthly premiums. What does Auto & General do in this difficult trying times? They increase a vehicle insurance with R353.68, from R1771.94 to R1418,28 without reaching consensus with their customers. It is after checking through my emails today when I realized that I was sent an email on the 25th August 2020 regarding their ****** policy review review. To cut the story short, this is what must happen, please pay back my R353.68. A reputable company should engage its customer if they are to implement an increase of such an exorbitant amount and hear if the customer agrees. If you won't do that, please note that I'm currently requesting quotations from iWYZE from reputable short term insurance companies. As soon as I get a good offer, I am going to reverse the R1771.94 and use it to pay for my new vehicle insurance pro rata. Thanks for making my life miserable.
