Had a claim for my son`s tablet that was damaged. When the claim was registered, Mubeen was very much professional and competent. He handeled the registration promptly and kept me up to date. Keenan took over and also handed my claim in a good manner before he went on leave. When I made an enquiry on the claim, Chevonne assisted and went the x-tra mile to finalise my claim.
