Auto & General is *****ing from my bank acc everymonth
Me n my husband canceled car insurance with them they came into my bank acc twice with different Ref num when we call them to refund our money they just promice but they don't refund. I have ask for cancellation letter they have send me something like quotation. Basically they *****ing from us. Cause insurance is canceled. They stole amount of R3100 from us.

06 Aug 2025, 19:21All I want is my ferund of R3100 and stop coming to my bank acc without my permission. We are insured with my way now and you can't force me to stay with your company that is unconstitutional. I will appreciate it if I can get my money back and stay away from my bank acc
