auto & general is generally making my life a misery

I had a car break in on the 8th of September and informed auto and general immediately. I also fetched the courtesy car on the very same day. After 2 weeks once the car was with the penal beaters i realize that the claim is incomplete. I called them again to find out why they are not fixing everything, then they told me they will rectify it. A week later I call again to find out how far is the repairs cause the day to return the courtesy car is approaching. The response I got from the consultant named Bellata was that they (A&G) don’t guarantee that the car will be fixed for the time that I have the courtesy car and that I must speak to the penal beaters… I asked her why must I speak to the penal beater when I have an agreement with them and not the panel beaters, she couldn’t answer me. Now to make matters worse, a small rock hit the courtesy car widow on the freeway and the windscreen has a crack, from my understanding the courtesy car must also have insurance. I called the rental company this morning to inform them about the incident, to my surprise they told me that the insurance company won’t cover for the windscreen. It’s been a month now, I still don’t have my car, I must spend more money to also fix a courtesy car and I must also take the courtesy car back, meaning I don’t have a car at all… I thought Auto and General was supposed to be my pillar of strength through this whole dilemma that I have, instead I feel like they are just adding more salt to this wound…
