11 Dec 2025, 19:33I was ****med off my money over R30000,00 paid on my car insurance now I was told I did not pay premium for December after I made a claim. I presented my bank statement to prove that I paid and still was told I never paid my premium that is when I decided to go and reverse the premium at my bank because Auto& General did not want to settle my claim at that moment of frustration. I had to reverse my premium because they told me I never paid it yet I sent proof of payment to them. They just didn't want to settle hence they denied the premium. All this after 12 full payments with no late payment or missed payment so painful to be part of the insurance **** victim ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
