Auto & General is a *****

Please stop selling us false products.... Im disappointed with the company I trusted so much then the consultant for repairs tells me that the sales consultant **** to me as they would say anything to sign a client. I'm a new client at auto & General insurance.... But I'm not happy with their service at all.... I took a cover last year Dec for scratches and dents the consultant told me that there's no waiting period i will be covered immediately. I accepted the offer and when I claimed they told me that I'm still on waiting period because they debited 2x in December and I reversed the 2nd debit since I saw they debited twice. But no one informed me that the they will debit twice. And now they won't repair the scratch.
