Auto & General Insurance rejecting claim for a covered item

I submitted a cellphone claim under my "Unspecified Portable Possessions" and I was advised that it is rejected as a cellphone is not covered under home contents. I then advised the advisor "Miss Veronique Naude" to go through my policy and explain what "Unspecified Portable Possessions" that I am covered for means. She then advised that the cellphone is covered but the claim is rejected as it did not occur at home. I then advised her to show me on the policy document where it states that the cellphone is not covered if loss did not occur at home and she dropped and never got back to me.
