Auto & General insurance

I was involved in an accident 6 months ago and I'm still waiting for my car. The panel beaters ,that A&G forced me to use , claimed to replace the damaged parts with new parts but didn't. The car was also assessed by Audi and they recommended it to be a write off , but the A&G assessor disagreed and so sent my car to a ********** panel beater. Aftere being collected from the panel beaters in December , it was taken to Audi. Audi listed all the parts that was said to be replaced (and also charged for ) and wasn't.

I've written to a Mr Ricardo at head office on the 29th January 2023, but received no reply. The person whose car I knocked into is still waiting for A&G to pay for repairs. Apparently the Panel beaters in Pretoria is under going a forensic investigation. A&G has left my car with them again , so that they can now complete what they said they had done. I am suppose to feel safe and comfortable in this car. I'm also suppose to wait for a malfunction in my car for my family to sue them when I die or get injured in car that has been botched .

This sounds like a circus show. I would not recommend A&G.
