When I signed up with them I was promised I can cancel anytime. After some time I found the amount too high and wanted to cancel and they were able to bring the amount down but without telling me that in 3 months my policy will be reviewed and hence it went up even higher than initially. I only found out after seeing the amount deducted from my account. I contacted them again and after their very long stories they insisted on checking for a new premium for me despite me saying I don't want it and I don't want the amount deducted from my account. They tried contacting me one time after that which rang 3 rings and then sent a message. This all took place yesterday. The account gets deducted on the 1st of the month. Today is the 31st and I see my account was deducted already. Let alone the professionalism, they are only for themselves and does not respect their clients.
