Hi. I have a barfridge that I am claiming for. It is part of my household contents. Contradictory to the policy they 1st wanted to charge me an access payment. Everytime it is an different excuse. My policy also went up for no reason and they did not even notify me. They said that they would have revered the extra but never did. I am fed up with always struggling with this insurance company. The same company paid out a fridge of 60 years+ and we have the exact same policy. I want to know because they are claiming that the thermostad was influenced by the fride's liquid and the compressor also went. At the time when it broke, it just stopped but was still ice cold, so you guys are taking a huge chance. I am very unhappy with the situation.
