Good day In the lasy couple of months of hvg verbal and emails on emails send , still no response I got offered an beter deal buy them after I had full coverage by out surrence So I told them if they cancelled the policy . On which out surance offered me an great package on which as I came back to the consultant he was gone due to yhe fact he didnt give an **** He had my bank details So I thought it would fall away course I didnt say yes to the deal But they deducted my full payments until I contacted them So they paid me half back , that's all they were willing to do Up to date no voice recording has been fwded to me as I requested since day one They are ****ing lying, *****ing and cheating people out of their money daily I presume
