Auto & General I give up !!!!

Yesterday I went to Tiger wheel and tyre to have my insurance claims tyres fitted , I am only off after hours so I took off from work to get this done. I was then informed by tiger wheel and tyres that the approved amount is not going to be paid by Auto and Genral insurance the auth letter is as follow Total Damage Amount: R1897.30 *** Authorised Amount: R2000.00 Betterment payable by ***.90 Amount Payable by insurer: R3000.00 Amount payable by ***.40 They called Auto and General and the lady said that both amounts needs to be paid referring to the betterment amount which was the amount of thread use and the amount payable by client ,both amounts total to the actual price of the tyres . I am really disappointed in you guys and the lack of knowledge your customer service agents had.
