I had the best service from Auto and General House hold insurance. I had household insurances before, but ive never received such excellent and efficient service from anywhere. It is affordable and doesn't give any headaches or syress when you claim. NICOLE JOSEPHS has been helping me with all my claims, sge has good communication skills, easy to talk to, she provides feedback and very informative. I didn't even had to follow up on my claims, as she is very professional and good telephone and communicatin etiquette. If all insuranes were like Auto and General life would be very easy for people. I'm really impressed and i would recommend it to people who are having problems with insurances. Generally insurances are known as *********** skeems but not Auto and General i must say. Payment was done in less than a week, i didn't pay any access to my claims. Well done and keep it up Auto and General, what you advertise is not a lie. You maintain professionalism all the time. I am convinced and think i also want my family to insure their cars with them. I believe they also give the same servise even with cars.
