Our new tenant drove into the gave when it closed during strong winds. It impact ripped the gate pole at the bottom and the razor wire at the top. reported the damage online and was informed immediately that the claim was valid as per the agreement and that a consultant would contact me, which she did sooner than I expected. Friendly and efficient, she accompanied the claim until a company had been appointed in accordance with the assessor's recommendation. They will repair the damage only two weeks later, because there are so many claims right now, but otherwise I'm happy with the process and outcome.
