Auto & General failing to pay out a legitimate claim

I made a claim for my tv which stopped working and they refused to pay out my claim...saying that the terms and conditions don't cover the wear and tear on my tv. However I read my terms and conditions and no such thing is stated in it. Please be advised that Auto and General are trying to take innocent people for fools by selling us policies with a brief terms and conditions but when it's time to make a claim and they have to pay out, then they come up with terms and conditions you were never shown before or when you agreed to the policy. Now my issue is sitting in their Disputes Dept...when all I want is for them to pay out my claim which is what I rightfully signed up for when I took this policy.

Auto and General you're pathetic!...You must be held accountable for this. You are no different from the regular con artists or ********.

Careful people! Don't fall prey to Auto and General. People also be advised that I've gone through their terms and conditions with a fine comb and I'm aware that they say that if they breach any contract with us their client's, they're liable to pay R500. We must hold them accountable for any wrong doing.

My claim must be paid out based on the terms and conditions that were made available to me on the inception of this policy...NOT on the terms and conditions Auto and General have added to my policy AFTER I made my claim.
