Auto & General: Don't insure yourself with this company

I hate writing bad reviews about companies, but Auto & General has left me no choice. It's been 3 gruesome weeks trying to get them to approve a claim, yet they keep sending me from pillar to post, and my claim remain unapproved. I've given them everything they asked from me, but still. They don't even bother calling me, I have to be the one running after them. They're treating me like a ********, a third class citizen, just to get off from paying the claim. I thought they were for their clients but no, they actually making me regret leaving King Price for them. I would not advice even my worst enemy to take insurance from this company.
