AUTO & GENERAL DOESN'T CARE ANYTHING ABOUT A COMMON MAN

On the 3rd of July 2021 a client of A & G hit my car. The car was no longer drivable. I registered a 3rd party claim to A & G (claim No. ***/5). They asked for some documents and I have supp**** the same within a couple of days. For the last one month I am sending them several emails. The person who is handling the claim is Mr. Kagiso Setshogoe. I got an update from A & G on the 23rd of July stating "Kindly be advise your claims handler is busy with administration."

After that I have sent them several emails but THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE THE MINIMUM COURTESY to communicate or answer emails. If you phone and give them the claim no, they just put you on hold for several minutes until you hang up I mentioned in my emails about the taxi violence in Cape Town and how much I have to pay just to go to work. Still no reply,
