Auto &General declined my claim for no valid reason.Claim number:***/3
I have a scratch and dent insurance cover with Auto & General .They declined my claim and they are saying I didn’t send the previous invoice from Palace Panel and Paint but I sent the invoice for rear bumper and rear right door dent via WhatsApp but now they are ****ming me by failing to approve my claim I hate insurance companies like this.They are very unprofessional and *********** and their staff is very rude.I hate this insurance company.For those who want to join this company please stay away from these ****mers.After this claim I will cancel this policy.

24 Jun 2024, 12:07Their response is fruitless because even now my problem is not solved yet this insurance company is abusing its clients they want to be enriched at my expense and their enrichment is unjustified because I sent all what they want from me.I sent them invoice from Palace Panel and Paint as well as my proof of payment to Palace Panel and Paint I also instructed them to communicate with Palace if their not happy with the invoice I sent from Palace and they must also consult Standard bank for the legitimacy of my proof of payment .Up until now my claim is not approved yet but I sent everything they wanted on my side.Auto &General is a **** .They are *********** and unprofessional their service is 0%.
