Auto & General Debits

I terminated my vehicle insurance in at the end of November of 2023. Auto and General debited my accounts. After I complained, they said they would return the amounts. Out of the 3 policies I had they have only returned amounts taken from 1 account & this despite sending me information confirming that they had approved amounts to be returned. Further one of their call agents gave me an e-mail address, "***," which does not work. Please auto and general, kindly return my money. You can trace my account from my cell number.
