Had some storm damage to my home. Phoned the call center and was assisted by Theodore Commin. Changed one item on my policy and received an updated quoted. I was the contacted by Mary-Anne Mohlala who not only sent me an updated confirmation agreement and assisted with some uncer*****ies as I have not submitted a claim before but also sent me a confirmation SMS as to when the assessor would arrive. As expected the assessor, William Koekemoer, arrive exactly on time. So far a totally professional service. Just as an aside the premiums not only came down, I am on a no excess plan and there is no other insurance company that can match. So lemons to those that did quote and did not keep to their advertising claims.
