The consultant I spoke to (Tebogo Marele- retention department ) did not resolve my enquiry effectively, she used an inappropriate tone when responding to questions I had asked and basically did not show any empathy whatsoever which left me feeling dismissed and unsure if my enquiry will be resolved.
