The Customer is KING with Auto & General. The handling of my car accident was fantastic! Well done to Mr Steve of First Help .. you were good Samaritans at the accident scene who took care of everything so efficiently. Thanks to Case Manager Ms Chivonne who made sure claim was approved within 48 hours, car was delivered to repairers and was always available to take my calls. FLEET VIP Solutions were the Repairers who did splendid job and they kept me up to date so I never had to ask when car would be ready .. 5 stars to Ms Tasmiyah... Auto & General means peace of mind ...
