Auto & General claim

Very happy with the quick settlement of my clain. There was an issue that delayed the claim but was sorted out. not sure about the logic of a Claimcard being issued if part of my claim was refunded to my account in any case. the list of Retailers where Claimscard can be used seems very much focussed on personal items like clothing and jewellers. Other than that i am very happy with the way the claim was handled
