Auto & General Cell phone Claim- Dishonesty by Auto and General

I ensured my cell phone with Auto and General back in 2019. Cellphone was worth about R18000 at the time. Consultant that helped me then was Preian Govender. cell phone was ****** recently and I submitted a claim. replacement value as per my policy schedule and as confirmed by their consultants is R21420 (one whose name is Lunga) however they have decided to replace my phone with a phone worth less than R10000. the premium i paid was calculated based on replacement value and when i enquire they tell me about investments. If i had insured the phone for a lesser amount i would understand and if my policy schedule had a lesser amount this would not be an issue. however the amount is specific and they've deviated from the agreement.
