Auto & General cash back is a ****

I have been paying insurance for 4 years going for 5 years , and when I’m supposed to get cash back they are now telling me stories,what is frustrating is that I registered a complain last year to date I have not received any feedback just an automated e mail saying my complain will be attended in 48 hours .

I am paying R5 K plus for this insurance never claimed even once,I spent more money calling them and they promise to call back they never call me back or send me an email with feedback.

I’m shopping for another insurance please people be warned this is not the insurer of choice ,it’s true that insured are a **** Auto & General is the biggest.Even as I’m writing this review I called them got cut off they Didi not bother to call me back because it is deliberate
