Auto & General Car Warranty - Pathetic Service
Absolutely disgusted with your service. I had signed up for A&G Warranty, my contract stipulated that my debit order will be no more than R175 per month but then you guys take the liberty by debiting R350!
I escalated this to the VAPS agent by the name of Mzandile Kunene on the 06 January. I have followed up over 3 times with no resolution with the issue.
If you guys are messing me around now, I can't imagine when I have to submit a claim through how much of trauma I will be put through then.
Not forgetting you Mzandile makes promises that someone will call me, it has been almost a month with people from A&G calling me and dropping the call on my ear when I answer. Not even a voicemail in relation to my query!
