Auto& General car insurance ( business insurance)
On 15th of September 2022 I had an accident with my car and till now I have not been assisted and my claim was denied , I have went to an extent that I have reported it to the Ombudsman and the person assisting hasn’t responded till now … I do not understand how Auto & general can do this to me while I trusted them with my two vehicles that was insured under their insurance. I would like to advise people not to take Auto &General car insurance as they will be paying for nothing and my vehicle is not fixed till date and my issue was just rejected easily…
