Auto & General Bad Business!

Regrettably, my recent experience with this company's insurance services has been disappointing. Despite submitting legitimate claims, I have not received the expected payout. Additionally, I have experienced lengthy wait times when attempting to contact their customer service department, and unfortunately, my attempts to receive a call back have gone unanswered. On numerous occasions, my calls have been disconnected, leaving me frustrated and unsatisfied with their level of service. Consequently, I would not recommend this company to others seeking insurance coverage.
