I had to phone 3 times I was promised that they would phone me back but not one call The first lady told me to contact the person that drove into my car to contact their Insursnce company wich was pathetic as I am Insured with Auto and Gendral This is now nearly a week still waiting to have my car fixed I have been with Auyo and General girls many years but this is the worst experience that I have received from them
