Claim for tumble dryer rejected due to wear & tear. This is untrue as it was previously reported to the insurer that the appliance stopped working after a big wooden rack fell on the appliace. The appliance started working again and then stopped. After the rack fell onto the appliance it was stated by the insurer that it was not specified, then called again they and stated that it was not covered. I now tried to claim the item and it was stated that it would only be covered for accidental damage and the report states it is wear and tear when infact the item should have been replaced or repaired the first time. I strongly dispute these statements.

03 Aug 2020, 11:36Yes please as I have requested to speak to a Manager but a Manager is just never available. With the last call I have waited +/- 20 minutes for a Manager. After I put the phone down and called again I learned that the Manager was off today.
