Auto& General is disgusting. I had an insurance with the company for many years till last year.When I took out the policy I was told the excess would be 5000 Rands only to find out after some years upon reviewing the policy that the excess started as 10000 and has been escalated to 11000.These companies say their conversations are recorded and available on request.I requested for the conversation I had with the person when I took out the lpolicy and never got it.I had also taken out a warranty that the woman who sold it to me named Zama told me it fixed even brake pads.I have never had a warranty that fixes brake pads though.I took the vehicle to Toyota one day hearing an unusual noise..upon diagnosis they communicated with Auto & General only to be told the component was not covered under the policy.Dont forget it was not even brakes ads but mechanical.I asked for the conversation I had with that Zama and I never got it.I tried to reverse my premium it was locked.Disgusting...
