Auto & Gen worst Insurance Company

I am Currently having the worst experience with Auto & General . They took my car to a penalbeater company called Renew It in revonia. The car was involved in a bumper accident. After 4 weeks with no communication about any challenge faced on their side we where told that the Car ignition has been damaged and we will have to pay for it. In which case we were told to call our own private locksmith to whom we would be held liable to pay. After some frustration and back and forth our lock smith confirmed that the ignition had been tempered with and oil was put in the ignition to try make it turn by the penalbeater . Thus far our car is parked at Renew IT revonia while no one is take charge of the matter. Really really disappointed...rubish company if you ask me. I cannot wait for this nightmare to end so i can cancel my insurance with auto & gen
