I have a business insurance with them, But I am not happy with the way they are dealing with me. I had to phone them more than 5 times to correct the policy. I had a claim of over R200 000 and they only paid out a 1/4 of the claim. AND still they don't fix my policy . ARE THE TELE - MARKET PEOPLE HAVE THE CORRECT SKILL TO DO THEIR WORK AS REQUIRED BY CLIENTS. DO THEY GET TRAINING TO DO THEIR WORK. For me it does not look like it !!!!!!!!
