Auto and General you ROCK!!!

FANTASTIC!!! My vehicle was written off on 14 July 2021. The tow truck which Auto and General Arranged was on the scene within 20 minutes, after this all the timelines provided to me by my claims consultant were met. My claim was finalized today, 3 August 2021 (LESS THAN 3 WEEKS!!) with settlement of my vehicle and all the documentation I require. All in all I had a fantastic experience with Auto and General. This was the first time I ever claim anything except for the occasional windscreen. I have always said your insurance is not based solely on the premium you pay, the main characteristic of an excellent insurance is how effectively they assist you when you really need them. I picked Auto and General the first time because I received the best premium by far out of 7 different insurance companies, now that I know they have my best interest in mind when I need it most, I'll stick with them!
