Auto and General worst insurance company ever

My car is insured with Auto & General, approximately 2-5 months back somebody drove on to my driver door while at the parking, the claim was processed and I paid the excess fee of R5250.00. The assessor recommended a do to be replaced but the panel beater saw no need, the car was poorly fixed, I informed Auto and General, they asked a panel beater (Auto Magic) to refix it, they did but it was worse and they over sprayed the car, finished my petrol. I informed Auto and General they just chose to ignore me. This is the worst service I have ever experience, can anyone advice as to what should I do.
