Auto and General worst company when it comes to claims.....

The review rating must allow us not to even rate a star as this company doesn't deserve a star. Am so disappointed by this insurer, bad services and when they advertise they do not tell you about how they make clients suffer at such they even use TIHSA(teller sure independent services agent) to continue to rob clients. I have a claim of which they are taking me from pillar to post with them increasing money they want to pay out and not fix my car. I have indicated that I want my car fixed not their money, and still they want to force their money down my throat. My car caught fire and Auto and general want to leave me dry with their maar R56000 and do not want to repair the damages as they know it will be more than what they are offering.
