Auto and general worse service ever

Bad experience i have been with auto and general for almost 4 years never had a claim for house hould content now they tell me they don't cover for wear and tear and it was not discussed with me when I took out the insurance. I ask them to sent me the voice recording where they explained to me they only cover for wear and tear but refuse to send it.
