Auto and General Waste of premiums over such a long period Have a 2023 Izuzu Vehicle with a scratch and the list of panel beaters are not renowned Not one of them on the panel is a company in my opinion that is reputable to have the workmanship completed. I waited 3 months after paying a deposit to secure the colour of my vehicle so having to choose a company that is more well established or in my case someone we worked with and have past experiences such as Palace and Paint is not an option for Auto and General. With no guarantee to workmanship I am not willing to risk my new vehicle any further damages and for my premium would prefer having more flexible options to my satisfaction rather than to fit yourls profit margin with the cheapest panels beaters listed under yourls 'preferred details' Will need this claim closed off by the end of the month as this is ongoing for way too long but my debits go off without any hesitations. Please contact me to discuss way forward as I am not willing to consider my vehicle a 'project' for your listed panel
