Auto and general warranty is a joke

Auto and general warranty is absolutely a shame really.

My engine light came on and I took my vehicle for a diagnostic.

My intake manifold needs replacing, contacted auto and general for authorization and was advised that auto and general doesn't cover this.

How is that possible when the intake manifold is part of the engine.

Engine cover as per auto and general policy all internal lubricated components.

The intake manifold is part of the engine and the flap in the intake manifold is broken.

I will love to know from auto and general what do they categories the intake manifold.

Auto and general warranty is really shocking, I can't believe that auto and general can not provide me feedback on my policy, this is truly unacceptable, i urgently advise that auto and general provide me details on my issues
