Auto and General Warranty Claims

Auto and Generals Warranty Claims department is the worst ever. They never come back to you. I'm waiting over a month and no feedback. I have to phone everything. Hold on for how long just to hear that someone will call me back. I'm still waiting for someone to phone me back. If I knew this I would have never took out the policy by them. The client service is shocking.
