Dear Auto & General VAPS Team,

I am writing to formally complain I have logged a claim with Auto & General VAPS Sales team regarding Scratch & Dent claim cover on last month August they said I must send an envoice I did sent it but no response fromthem until now, when I am requesting an update no response if I'm trying to call I can't reach them what a poor service I received this time.
