Auto and General over the years has given me excellent service - from fixing a puncture along to road to a property burglary recently.

Their on the road assistance was provided promptly by a tow truck driver who was a helpful, polite gentleman. With our burglary we were paid out quite quickly, the call centre assistant was very polite. With an increase in my annual premium I was given a deduction as I am working remotely and possibly only had 3 or 4 claims over the long the years I have been a client of theirs
