Auto and General stratch and dent

I am so disappointed with Auto and general I made a claim on the 22 November 2021 for scratch and Dent I submitted everything and my claim was approved. I called by service provider called auto magic regarding my claim and I was told that they quoted for less they still need to resubmit the quote to auto and Gen still today my car is not fixed. Made several calls to auto and General but they are unable to assist I've been waiting for too long. So disappointed as it is my first claim shame yet they are deducting my money. Tomorrow they will be deducting again but they not providing services. Cebisile Shezi ***
