AUTO AND GENERAL *****S YO*UR MONEY rejects all your claims

You absolutely get nothing that you get promised to over the phone. I was promised a few months ago by Moagi Kopano M. Mohohlo from Auto and General that my insurance policy for my car and for my business will be much better at A & G - which is also why I took public liabiolity from them. This was in Sept 2019 - so in December one of my employees feel down stairs with one of my machines and damaged it. I immediately phoned A & G but they were very very quick to decline my claim. Mmmmmm. Funny I also incurred legal defense fees of R 7500.00 - when I enquired from A & G if it is at least possible for me to claim some of that back they also very quickly told me that nothing will be covered. And dont fall for the "Business Call Centre of Advise" they promise you - cause that whole department is just a fat *** being rude 8 hours a day and giving you absolutely no business advice at all ! The last incident happened when I phoned their assist line I was informed that I do not actually have insurance with them anymoire and they were extremely rude ! I could not understand why i was not even informed by FAX, sms , email or NOTHING that my policies has been cancelled. NOTHING AT ALL. I felt very ****** and so angry after all this and wished I never moevd my insurance,. I requested NUMEROUS times for a copy of the recorded calls but till today have received nothing. ONE LADY phoned me and explaine3d that part of their reason for refusing to pay anything for my claim in December was because that apparantly it is specified that they will only pay for insidents at the business address in other words our office which is actually just admin. Now I was fuming because I swear on my first holy communion that I infact did not once but a couple of times told more than one agent that 99 % of our business happens at a client premises. I mean after all we are a cleaning company, the client doesnt bring their premises to us ???? I need immediate feedback and I am SOooooooooooooooo unhappy about this that I do feel that I might get the energy soon to get together a little team ogf protesters and voice what happened to me to ALLL south africans. SIS man A & G you are supposed to help young people like me starting their own companies I am so disgusted.
