Auto and General staff deliver outstanding service

I recently received an increase to my premiums. I contacted the call center and was directed by a very friendly Stephen to a Letitia in the review/ retention office. What a professional lady. In no time she had reviewed my premium and emailed my revised policy schedules. It’s is such a pleasure contacting the staff at Auto and General. They LISTEN to the customer and then deal with the issues in a friendly, empathetic and professional manner. 5 star service!
