Auto and general short term insurance

Hi everyone. I have been a happy, thus loyal client of Auto and general short term insurers since 2005. I have had nothing but excellent service from them. They are efficient, helpful and friendly. Their phone options do not need an engineering degree to understand, and consultants are never far away, and I have never waited to be answered by a consultant for very long. When I was involed in a multiple car accident in 2018, they helped me through the process well. In addition, because the accident was proven to not be my fault, I had my excess fee fully recovered, and paid into my account promptly. The consultants are very easy to talk with, and always help me through every step, and explain everything to me. Thumbs up auto and general, thanks for great service.
