Auto and general rejecting valid claim

I am very disappointed with Auto and General.I was involved in an accident o n April 19 2023 and lodged my claim.I’m driving a 7 seater and travel with my kids and those of my two biological sisters and cousins Auto and general started looking for faults and did not find any from the detailed tracking report they requested.They then called the kid’s parents and asked if they are paying transport fee.Of the six parents one said yes and that was their leg to stand on when rejecting my claim.The worse part the parent is my biological sister.And the y don’t even think of proving the relationship.
