Auto and general refused to fix our fridge

Auto and general insurance ****med me and my husband. We insured our house n the house contents with them . Recently our refrigerator was broken and we made a claim , to our surprise we were told they can’t fix our fridge because they don’t cover all parts of the fridge. They only cover the lights n small parts inside the fridge. When we bought the insurance , we asked if they covered everything inside our home and they said yes. We have been paying premiums for more than 3 years and now it’s the first time we claim and they are telling us some stories. Do not get insured with Auto n general especially on their home insurance, Please don’t!! Big ****mers
